The Couta Group started business as the brand of Gas Pex Australia from 2004 in a small warehouse, around 200m2,?in Miller Street Epping, Victoria. A few years later, they expanded the business to NSW and Queensland, continued to expand their Victorian warehouse and along the way changed their name to the Couta Group. Couta is an Australian slag meaning something which is the best. The new Victorian premises are around three times larger than the prior facility and will help to improve the efficiency of the operations.
