The four technologies of Rifeng Group achieved domestic leading level

On September 20th, 2018, Foshan Building Materials Industry Association hosted the appraising meeting of four technical researches undertaken by Rifeng Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. in Sanshui Production Base.

The meeting was hosted by Kong Haifa, Secretary-General of Foshan Building Materials Industry Association. Experts attending the appraisal meeting included Prof. Mai Kancheng from Sun Yat-Sen University, Professor He Hui from South China University of Technology, Professor Zheng Cheng from Guangzhou University, Xu Kai, Researcher at Guangzhou Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Prof. Yuan Yihua from the Foshan Polytechnic, Prof. Lu Weiqi from the Foshan University, and Professor Qu Zhuokun from the National Ceramics and Plumbing Sanitary Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and former researcher Cao zuoyu from Foshan Science and Technology Bureau guided the appraisal meeting.

The technical projects for the technical researches include “Research on new glass fiber reinforced polypropylene materials and piping systems", “Development of push-fit fittings”, “Key technology research to pre-insulated pipes for secondary heating network', and “Development of multilayer pipe system for anti-static gas”. These projects have obtained 15 invention patents (licensing), 9 utility model patents, and 1 draft technical standard. Experts of the appraisal committee gave a high evaluation of the technical projects, and all projects passed the appraisal, recognized as domestic leading level.

Rifeng, a major domestic plastic pipe manufacturer, adheres to the development strategy of technological innovation. It was selected for the National Torch Program, and obtained honors include national high-tech enterprises, national-level enterprise technology centers, innovative enterprises in Guangdong Province, and Guangdong Province composite pipeline system engineering technology, China's well-known trademarks, China's famous brand products and so on. In recent years, Rifeng has undertaken 22 government science and technology projects, has edited more than 20 standards and obtained nearly 400 patents.?
