On June 30, 2020, RIFENG held a grand groundbreaking ceremony?marking the construction beginning of the?new production base?in Foshan. For RIFENG Group, this is a key step in the development of intelligent pipes and mechanical equipment. Covering an area of 450 acres, the total planning?area?of the new production base?is?over?330,000 square meters.?RIFENG?has already included possible expansion phases in the planning.?In the first phase of construction, this production base will be used for industrial workshops?and warehouses. Increasing the capacity of municipal pipelines, intelligent machinery and equipment?are main targets, which the estimated annual capacity of the new production base?can reach up to CNY?4 billion.

Mr. Xu, the Chairman of RIFENG?Group,?pointed out that in recent years, significant demands on?municipal piping systems and intelligent?pipeline manufacturing equipment, increase in the domestic market. Also RIFENG business has grown gradually?in overseas?markets. A?new production base?to meet the new capacity gap?is imminent.

Innovation is the core concept for long term development in the industry. Mr. Xu said that RIFENG will set up a "National Composite Plastic Pipeline Engineering Technology R&D Center" in the new production base. It will promote and create a new period of composite plastic piping industry in China.
